Unlike complicated fad diets or tedious calorie counting regimes, the Paleo Diet, founded by Dr. Loren Cordain, brings things back to basics. Way back - all the way to the Paleolithic era. Translation? If a caveman did not eat it, then you should not either.
Tens of thousands of years ago, before Doritos and Lucky Charms, our Stone Age ancestors thrived on a rich diet of meat and fish, fruits and vegetables, and healthy fats from nuts and seeds, without the stimulating hormones Growth, antibiotics and toxins that were introduced into our food during the Agricultural Revolution. This nomadic hunter-gatherer lifestyle did not allow growing crops (or hauling a cow), resulting in a diet completely devoid of grains, dairy, sugar, alcohol or any other processed or refined food such as corn, white potatoes, and misery.
While experts do not seem to agree on whether Paleo's promise is a passing fad or a seriously intelligent lifestyle, let's let these 10 known people of the Stone Age help you decide.

Miley Cyrus has permanently given the bread a bad rap, nixing it entirely from her diet because of her gluten and lactose allergies.
